Overview
An interactive site management tool with customisable dashboards and live statistics.
The Idea
Initially, the idea stemmed from the profound inefficiency I witnessed within the NHS. constant communication breakdowns called for a central space for statistics and complex updates on patient information and events hospital wide.
Although hospitals were the focus of the idea initially, it quickly branched out into a generalised site management tool for businesses and organisations, particularly those dealing with large sites. It would be able to alert users of specific events, and allow the user to construct their own dashboard to monitor relevant statistics and live data feeds.
It is still conceptual, since the NHS didn't spring for the idea when presented with it, but I mocked the idea up and developed a lot of the pseudocode backend, so it is certainly a project I'd like to pickup again.
Additionally
On top of this, I also put together a dashboard design for access control software, inspired by the profound redundancy found in security systems across underfunded security departments. This concept modernises the database and profile creation, with customisation options and design standards that align with standard Windows apps.
